Taste of London is the world's largest restaurant festival. Each June, over 50,000 people flock to London's Regent's Park for an alfresco summer feast like no other. Visitors sample signature dishes from over 40 of London’s latest, greatest and most exciting restaurants, as well as off-menu items they've created exclusively for Taste.

The culinary world's crème de la crème can be seen at work as they cook up a storm during live demonstrations or prepare your order at their on site restaurants. 

In addition to restaurants, 200 gourmet food and drink purveyors, artisan producers and manufacturers of exclusive lifestyle products exhibit at the event. Brand activation partners and sponsors include Diageo, Champagne Laurent-Perrier, Samsung, Celebrity Cruises, Porsche and Schweppes.

As Event Director, I led the project management and content development of the event, leading a multi disciplinary team. I forged relationships with chefs and restaurants, culinary influencers, brands and the food press. Internally, I took overall responsibility for the production, marketing, sales and financial success of the event and ensured it's continued position as one of the world's most prestigious food events.
